The Walther Lab at the University of Mainz is offering two PhD positions and one postdoc position as part of the Carl Zeiss-funded "Interreg" project, focused on developing DNA-based hydrogels for spinal cord injury repair and neural regeneration. The interdisciplinary project combines polymer science, DNA nanoscience, and synthetic biology, working alongside neuroscientists.
