LSTM is seeking a Postdoctoral Research Associate to contribute to research on vector-borne diseases, focusing on insecticide resistance in disease vectors such as Anopheles mosquitoes. The successful candidate will design and implement genomic and transcriptomic studies, apply evolutionary genetic approaches, and collaborate with international teams in Uganda and Kenya. The role involves supervising students, mentoring staff, and contributing to grant proposals and publications. A PhD in Biology, Bioinformatics, Genomics, or related fields, along with experience in molecular biology and next-generation sequencing, is required.
