The University of Groningen invites applications for a fully-funded postdoctoral position in RNA Structural Ensemble Dynamics at the Groningen Biomolecular Sciences and Biotechnology Institute (GBB). The project aims to investigate RNA structural ensembles in living cells and their role in cell fate decisions, particularly in cancer and stem cell models. The position involves developing novel methods for mapping RNA dynamics, identifying regulatory RNA switches, and screening therapeutics to modulate RNA structures. Ideal candidates will have a PhD in molecular biology or related fields, with experience in RNA-related techniques, mammalian cell work, and bioinformatics (R, Python, or Perl). The role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to both wet-lab and computational research in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
