The Bendor Lab at UCL is seeking a dedicated Research Fellow to investigate how memories are prioritized for long-term storage, focusing on hippocampal replay in rodents. The successful candidate will conduct behavioural experiments, utilize optogenetics, and large-scale electrophysiological methods like Neuropixels to explore memory consolidation. The position involves data analysis, performing surgeries and immunohistochemistry, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
