The University of Toronto’s Faculty of Information is offering fully funded PhD student positions under the supervision of Prof. Shion Guha. These positions focus on critical issues such as AI fairness and biases, human-computer interaction (HCI), AI policy and regulation, and public interest technology. Successful candidates will engage in research addressing AI fairness in high-risk domains such as homelessness, education, and public health.
