This PhD project focuses on the electrocatalytic reduction of CO2 under supercritical conditions, aiming to develop sustainable methods for converting CO2 into valuable chemicals and fuels. The candidate will design and optimize electrochemical reactors, prepare electrocatalysts, and analyze reaction products. The position offers opportunities to contribute to groundbreaking research in chemical engineering and sustainability. Candidates will also be involved in supervising students and publishing their findings. The position is part of the Graduate School of the Faculty of Science and Engineering at the University of Groningen.
