Description

The COLDSPOT project aims to investigate Arctic regions that serve as sinks for greenhouse gases such as methane (CH4) and nitrous oxide (N2O), crucial for understanding climate change. The PhD candidate will conduct field expeditions to remote Arctic sites, laboratory experiments, and microbial analyses to study greenhouse gas dynamics in the region. The position offers the opportunity to collaborate with international experts and contribute to the advancement of scientific knowledge on Arctic biogeochemical processes.
