Karolinska Institutet is inviting applications for a postdoctoral fellowship to study the role of oncometabolites in liver cancer, focusing on hepatocellular carcinoma. The successful candidate will conduct both in vitro and in vivo experiments to investigate the tumorigenic effects of specific metabolites in liver cancer. They will apply advanced proteomics and bioinformatics techniques to study oncometabolite-protein interactions. The position, under the guidance of Dr. Amir Ata Saei, offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment. A strong publication record, experience in data analysis, and proficiency in English are required. The position is initially for two years with the possibility of extension.
