The FOODTURE project at PUCP offers two PhD positions aimed at enhancing sustainable practices in the food sector using Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) methodologies. The research will focus on developing LCA models to assess environmental impacts related to agricultural and marine systems, with an emphasis on ocean-based impacts, agri-food systems, and sustainability. Candidates will contribute to methodology development, stakeholder engagement, and the promotion of transparent, open-access sustainability practices.
