PELCAN at PUCP is seeking two PhD students to join the FOODTURE initiative, which aims to advance sustainable practices in the food sector through improved life cycle assessment (LCA) methodologies. The research focuses on ocean-based environmental impacts and agricultural systems sustainability. Candidates will contribute to developing LCA models to quantify environmental impacts in fisheries and agriculture. This project offers the chance to work with international teams and apply advanced data modeling and ecosystem service assessments to promote sustainability in the food sector.
